I am completely happy with Air Services Heating & Cooling. They are very upfront and honest, and they take good care of me and my home.
Initially, I knew the manager and called him because I trusted him. He sent his guys out to help me with a problem and they did a great job, so I continued to use them.
I completely trust them with everything they have ever worked on in my house. They have replaced my water heater and the heat exchanger. They also have done several check-ups and worked on my water heater.
They not only tell me what I need to know about how something works in my house, but they explain it to me in a way that I can understand. This enables me to take better care of my house.
My experience with them has been better than I expected because they go above and beyond the call of duty. For example, they once came out on a Sunday when I had a problem. I told them that they did not have to come that day but they did.
They also helped my mother when she had a problem at her house. Air Services gave her a much better deal than the company she had been using previously, whom she thought she had a relationship with. The cost of the service was half of what she paid with the previous company.
I have already recommended Air Services. I also trust them for references for work that they do not do themselves because I know they would only work with people who deliver that same, high-quality service.
