I do NOT recommend this place if you want Friendly, Fast, or Affordable prices. I had a guy come to the house (reeked of Cigarettes); take apart a washer to see that MAYBE one part might be the problem. He gave me a price and later that day the lady that works there gave me a much higher price (this place is known to OVERPRICE you anyway). The part needed to be ordered - took a few days - then when it came in - the part didn't fit! I didn't get a call back from this place for over 2 days, so I called them and asked for a discount b/c of the long wait and inconvenience. The lady on the phone says COLDLY that it is actually an inconvenience for them to make a trip out there and the part didn't fit and they aren't charging us for the extra drive out there -BUT the price increased to an extra $25+ from the last estimate I was given... after all was said and done, the washer is still not fixed.
Pros: there isn't one
Cons: hard to get ahold of them, stinky service, unfriendly
