This vet was treating my dog. Charging $41 dollars every 2 weeks for a skin treatment. Started charging even more b/c he said that my dog had to be sedated every visit b/c she scratched a nurse. I asked if I could just buy the treatment from them and do it myself to save them the trouble and me money. He told me that you couldnt get that medication over the counter and I HAD to have it done there. I checked around and found out that other vets are selling the same medication over the counter for $18 for enough to do 4 treatments. That would have cost me $164 using him. Total rip off! Also if you are using him I hope you never have to call with an emergency or question b/c his nurses are continuously talking on the phone and it stays busy. After hours emergencies you can hang it up b/c you WILL NOT be able to reach him.
