The Big O location on Kipling and Bowles (don't go there) had put my tires on wrong on top of losing my summer tires as well. On my way to work I had to pull over because I had 2 flat tires both on the driver's side. Immediately I assumed I had run over something causing both tires to go flat. My husband came with an air compressor and put air in my tires that way I could drive my car to the nearest tire shop which was the Big O on W Remington Pl. They got my car in right away and fixed my tires for free. They basically told me that my tires had not been put on properly which caused them to leak. I was very impressed with the customer service I received especially when compared to the customer service I have received at the Kipling and Bowles location- I will never go there again and will definitely use the Remington location from now on.
