Review content:
When our baby was born and we began coming in for doctor visits we immediately saw that this is a quality practice. Everyone including the receptionist/front desk ladies, nurses, as well as physicians are kind, friendly, and seem to really know what they are doing. We have had the opportunity to meet with each of the three physicians for doctor visits (although we typically see Dr. Hain) and have been impressed with all three. In particular, I like that no matter which doctor we see they always seem to be familiar with my baby's case and treat us as if they know us personally. I've also had to call in and speak with them (both nurse and physician) by phone and they are always helpful, willing, and eager to speak by phone. I feel that they are honest with me about whether or not it is truly necessary to come for an office visit. I also once had to speak with Dr. Hain by phone in the middle of the night and she was chipper and friendly as ever. Ultimately, I recommend this practice without a doubt if you are looking for a pediatrician. I feel they give excellent care.
