I saw Dr Hurford for a bad fall I had taken. He ordered an MRI of my back. I thought I had an appointment with Dr. Hurford to get my results only to find out that his PA would be seeing me. He told me that I had a compression fracture of my vertebrate (broken back). He also told me that there was nothing he could do for me. He scheduled me to come back in four weeks. On my return visit, I was still in a great deal of pain. I met with the arrogant PA one more time. That day he told me that my emergency did not constitute an emergency on his behalf. I switched practices. My new doctor showed me the MRI and explained the fracture. He had a CAT scan done the following day and had me fitted with a brace. I still am in the process of healing, but feel much more confident since leaving Heekin. It is very blatant that they are only there to make money.
