This was the worst place i have ever lived..they have hundreds of clauses in their lease to make sure they can get you for money in any way they want. Once you sign a lease with them, they could care less about you from that point on. I have had a huge hole in my bathroom ceiling for 3 monthes and they wont fix it,water damage from the apartment above me flooding through my ceiling,broken faucet in the bathroom,broken dishwasher,mold growing in different rooms...you name it...the maintenance department is a joke...if you call them..only an answering machine or a non english speaking person if anyone answers at all. DO NOT ever live here. I am moving out thank god...and i guarantee you they will try an make me pay for all these damages. Run far away from the Boulevard
