Businiess name:  Dollar Rent A Car

Review content:
I reserved a car on-line and received a confirmation e-mail with an estimate of $158.76 which should include all taxes and fees. The Dollar agent asked me if I would like insurance and told me that it will be $14.95 a day and I said yes. He also told me that I will need a toll pass that will cost me $9.95 since we will be crossing the Golden Gate bridge one time. The amounts of $29.99 rental fee a day, the $9.95 toll charge, and the $14.95 were written on the form. There was no total. We were given Crown Victoria that was full of greasy chips on the back seat and was very dirty on the outside. The car had several scratches and dents. When I returned the car I was changed $637.39!!!! I tried to speak to a managed and was declined the opportunity (I was lied to that the manager has left); however an employee grabbed my pink slip receipt and disappeared with it. After few minutes the Dollar employee returned with a copy of my slip and said that she will reduce the amount to $$442.76. How generous! Is this legal?!! Pros: null Cons: null
