The finance manager here screwed up EVERY bit of paper work. If he had wanted to there was not another piece he couldn't have put wrong address or wrong names on, that is write, my vehicle has paper work registered to others. He put all warranties and even ownership of the $30,000 vehicle I bought and am paying for under my co-signers name. When the issue was recognized 2 days after the sale I went to them and they refused to even consider changing things other than the extended warranty and they would only change that for a $75 fee. When I discussed this with Mr. Savage, the business manager, he responded that it was not his problem. Foo on you! You do not care about your customers, but we do have a voice! I hope you realize the potential customers you will lose by screwing over others.
