From the first moment I walked into Precision Collision I felt like they were there for me 100%. I was still very upset from the accident and didn't really know what to do. I had never been in an accident before. Bobbie asked me a few questions and realized I knew nothing about the process. She told me not to worry she would help me through it. She explained to me that I first needed to call my Insurance Co. to file the claim. She let me use the phone to do so. Then Jason did an estimate and explained it thoroughly to me so I would know what to expect. They set me up with a rental car and I was on my way. It only took a few days to repair my car and it turned out beautiful. I will definately be bringing all my business here in the future and will recommend to all my friends and associates. Nothing beats a small mom and pop shop!
