If there was no stars, THAT IS WHAT I WOULD BE PUTTING. I had a sump pump installed about a month and a half ago when all snow was melting. Got a quote from 3 companies, all comparable to the price quoted from this company. All other companies included a cover, and clean installation, and i was assured that this company did as well, and decided to go with them for the only reason as they had the quickest availability. i have a LARGE PLASTIC BUCKET looking contraption sitting lop-sided in my basement with promises to be " finished" and "covered", I have called over 10 times and either received no answer an answering machine or date they will come and DO NOT SHOW. very, very, frustrating and EXTREMELY unprofessional. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
