Review content:
My dog was injured the first day of an extended weekend stay at Tailwaggers. The information I provided in their forms was not properly entered into their system. I was not notified, my emergency contact number was incorrectly entered and not contacted. I happen to provide a second emergency number and they successfully contacted them. My second emergency contact got a hold of me and I called Tailwagger and spoke to the owner (Joan). She proceeded to tell me a different reason for the injury than was told to me by my contact, which was confusing. Later to tell me another story and indicate she is old, doesn't hear well and was confused. When I picked up my dog there was no Vet bill or instructions from the vet on how to care for the cut on his face or the six staples. I had to call for the bill, which Joan said was $80 and actually was $190. Also had to call the Vet for information on how to care for injury, Joan offered to take money off our next visit, but was no longer comfortable with Tailwaggers and will not be taking my pets there. Pros: none I can think of Cons: Bad administration
