my car got ran into by someone my car i've only had for about 6months took it there very helpful on quotes, but when i dropped off my vehicle they set up my rental i wanted an hour for the to pick me up...they promised my car to be done on wednesday evening i dropped it off monday morning but i never got a phone call called them wednesday night person that answered the phone let me explain my whole story then said oh i am just working here late they are already closed call back tomorrow which was thursday....called thursday then they tell me my car wont be ready till friday afternoon but not once did i get a phone call from them telling me that i had to call them very unpleased with their communication so get this i call friday afternoon to see if its ready surprise surprise not ready once again call back around four p.m to see if its ready we will see if its ever ready from my experience i will not be returning back there for any work on my car(s)...poor service and no contact with customers i guess they dont want my business....
