I had taken my new bmw to the dealership (bmw of columbia) 4 times to have a wheel vibration issue resolved. They told me it was the engine and that it was normal...hahaha!! I took it to Pope Davis on Assembly and within an hour, they told me I had 3 bad tires. My bmw center would not honor my warranty and told me the tires were good. Pope davis replaced them and the car drives like it should. The problem is fixed. Thank you for your honesty, patience, and speed of service Pope Davis. I recommend anyone in Columbia with a tire/wheel problem to visit Pope Davis...These people are true professionals who care about the service they provide.
Pros: Honest, reasonable, quick!
