Review content:
I have been coaching for a few years at PSA. There is one specific coach that has a lot of pull at the organization. Every time her team plays, her team gets the the calls. Not just against my teams, but every team they play against. The officials do not call the game, they call the teams. If a team is smaller they can do whatever. It is almost apparent that it is a mandate that smaller teams get to be more physical. After several years of seeing this played out, it is not good for the kids. Complaints to officials supervisors and PSA go unchecked. THis particular coach has even refused to shake heads of players that have fouled out, showing very poor sportsmanship. Again, complaints from other coaches and teams about her and the favoritism of the officiating towards her teams has gone unchecked. Pros: Good Kids Cons: Bad for kids when officiating is bad
