Never, ever use these guys. We called to reserve a cab the night before we needed it, confirmed the morning of. After 15 minutes late, we called and were told the cab driver stopped to use the bathroom. After 25 minutes late we called and were told 'he would be there soon'. When we complained, the dispatch said and I quote, "whatever dude" and laughed and hung up.
