Hello Everyone, I just wanted to let you know my experience at Smiles on Broadway as a new patient was a bad one. First of all, it is the policy of this dentists' office to take two x-rays a year, even if they are unnecessary. As someone who does not get cavities, I informed them, politely, that I did not want an x ray, but they told me that they have to take at least one a year because it is their policy. My personal opinion is that they will bilk you for everything if you dont ask them questions about why you need the service. I also do not think their service is very client-centered, I think its about the money here and I do not trust them.
