I recently got a tattoo at Envy, which was done by Billy Hill. It wasn't his own artwork, but it definitely came out looking less than satisfactory. I had him trace a specific design that I wanted, and the work looked as if it had been done by my four-year-old nephew. Also, after the tattoo had heeled, I noticed that there was an extreme difference in the color from one side to the next, and went back to have him touch it up. He told me that it was hardly noticeable and that I was making a big deal out of it because I look at it the most often. I paid a lot of money to have a PERMANENT tattoo on my body, and if I am not completely satisfied, I think the "artist" should do everything he can to fix that. I won't be going back to Envy.
Pros: Studio is clean, people are friendly, relaxing music
Cons: bad customer service, very unprofessional
