we have been taking out pet the quail hollow for almost 7 years and have been very satisfied with the vets and the staff and the services. however over the past year we have noticed that the fees have been steadily rising. we recently got a quote to have a growth removed from our pets left side. it is similar to a wart on a human. it is not cancerous, so they told us. they quoted us $650.00 to remove it. I thought that was a bite out of line, so I went to 3 other vets in the area for other opinions. The average cost was $320.00 for the exact same services. We will spend whatever it takes to keep our pet healthy, but we feel "taken advantage" of. When I called to ask them to send me my pets records the person did not even ask WHY we were not going to be coming back to Quail Hollow..
