If I could give no stars I would. If you want a Mini GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! The worst customer service imaginable. Call after call and no one will ever call you back. Sales will lie through their teeth to get you into a car. Service Dept. is full of liars and cheats. Below is a letter written to the Manager. It's been 2 days now and he won't return may calls or write back.
