Review content:
Northwoods is a family owned business and they treat you like family. They have tried saving me money on my cleaner and equipment. I would use this company in a heart beat over anyone else in the area. We had a motor to go out and they walked me thru over the phone on replacing a capasitor instead of a motor. How many companies do this any more? Johnny the owner does know his parts and equipment.
Pros: they fix first instead of replacing
Cons: they are very helpful on every way
