Businiess name:  Sears Hometown Store

Review content:
I have dealt with this store several times in the past few monthes and I have never been treated as poorly by any business ever. Associates are rude and unhelpful when you call or physically come into the store. On one occasion, I came to pick up my $400 bin bagger that I had pre-paid for, and the manager herself acted annoyed by my presence and I was told I would have to wait for another associate to wander up from the back because she was too busy to help. She was sitting at the display picnic tables with some papers in front of her. On another occasion, the manager tryed to refuse to let me return a deffective battery. After very much argument, my husband settled for a gift card, even though we had our receipt and had paid with cash. I will never go to this store again and I find it disappointing that they can even stay in business with the way they treat customers. They are lucky that thier name is Sears, because i'm sure that is the only thing that keeps them in business. Pros: Sears namebrand Cons: Horrible service
