The Grand apartments defintely a palace starting at fountain and lobby and the interior of apartments as wlel as the great gym outdoing most all apartment gyms and then theres the movie thetre and tv room , simply unsurpassable. As a tenant for 2.5 years I see all we do have and its a lot whatever a price. parties, movies, brunches, recyclying , things for kids a great spa, sauna and pool and good guards at night as well as fax and other services. Our space is good too . IN the office and maintenance always trying to improve and have things to keep it fun. It works well . Theres so much here youll forget your troubles. Come give it a try. 5 stars for the Grand Palace with one of the best lobbies youl see. Tenant Gold since 2005
