Review content:
After an unfortunate accident, my car was towed by this company. They kept it for only 41 hours, and yet charged me for 3 days' storage! When I complained, the guy said that there is a metro ordinance that says they must charge for one day after the first two hours. I asked to see the ordinance, and he showed me a piece of paper that says: "No storage fee may be charged for vehicles stored two hours or less."
