Review content:
I was in a bad car wreck and ended up needing neck surgery. A friend suggested I contact Mr. Stevens. I'm glad I did. As it turned out, the insurance company and their lawyer tried to say that my neck surgery wasn't due to the wreck. Casey filed a lawsuit on the case, and ended up taking my surgeon's deposition. Casey did a great job on the doctor deposition, and the doctor testified that my neck injury and surgery was caused by the car wreck. Shortly after the doctor's deposition, the insurance company settled the case for their policy limit. I would highly recommend Mr. Stevens and his firm for any type of personal injury or wrongful death case.
