I recently had a poor experience trying to transfer my aunt to another facility to be with her husband @ his care facility and was told no problem, but then all these horrible roadblocks were thrown at me. I was called back and told it wasn't possible, it would be better to transfer her husband to them, I was told she was in critical condition and under strict isolation, I questioned the sudden problems and if my aunt was
Pros: convenient location for the immediate community, physical therapy is dilligent
Cons: smell, dated decor, acknowledgement at the nursing stations could be improved, felt ignored or that I was bothering them
