My wife and I visited this unprofessional place and all I have to say is OMG!!! horrible experience, we felt like we were in some kind of show. To start as soon as we walk in the tiny little lobby were we could not even sit because they had their fake models convincing new clients, sitting in and taking pretty much taking the only space available for prospective clients, then they had this girl who was dress not professional at the reception area, loud and flirty with clients, I mean I was in shocked!!! while waiting in the lobby this other girl comes in so loud and screaming "oh this is great this is just like a party!! I mean really!!! is this your way of attracting clients? by having all these women who were not professional if you know what I mean, the whole experience was a joke . Finally this other sales girl put us in a room and starts quoting me prices out of nowhere without having a real Dr do the consultation, her name was Kristy by the way. Not one moment she informed me of how the procedure was done, who was the Dr doing the procedure all she talked was about the money part and pressuring me to sign and give a $500 down payment so that I could save money that day and that their so called discount was only available that day, Please I know how sales work and the tactics they use. The sad part is that they never once care about me as a new patient it was all about the money, she was very upset when I told her I needed to think about it, that I was not going to give her a down payment that same day, her whole expression change and became very rude. Excuse me but I am not buying a piece of furniture, this is not a car dealer , its an investment on my self and of course I want to do my research and get another opinion specially after walking in such a unethical and unprofessional and poor customer service place where a pushy sales person is the one doing the ($250 free consultation) yeah right not even a Dr. So disappointed at this place and I will not recommend it to anyone. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE they are a lie, there are so many licensed and experience Dr's out there. Don't waste your money. This place needs to be shut down.
