I had a horrible experience when I went to visit the Glendale Heights Tutor Time. The director was rude & when I inquired about their rates, she gave me a different quote than their location in Bloomingdale. When I questioned the difference in cost & if they had a 1 day rate, she replied that they did not have one. I had mentioned it to her when I came in that I had already been to the Bloomingdale location and I just wanted to compare the two locations. I had mentioned to her that I was told that the other location had a 1 day rate so she rudely replied that the 2 day rate was the same as the one day rate and that each location's pricing was different. Misty (director) said she would talk to her regional if they could offer a one day rate, but she never followed up with me! Horrible seeing that she is the director of the daycare! We enrolled our child at Bloomingdale location & we love Kim and the staff! They are so dedicated & caring towards our child, it gives us piece of mind that he is in good hands!
