I wanted the advertised 2 Ton Jack Kit at Sears but was told that they were out of stock. I went down to the store and found 15 of them. The box weighed 50 pounds so I looked for a shopping cart but none were available. The Hardware Dept register had a long line so I took the box over to the Auto Center. As I was carrying this heavy box, I walked by three managers who never offered to help me. I stood in line for about 15 minutes when we were told that we could not pay for main store items in the Auto Center because it is a different company. That was strange because there were Sears and Craftsman signs all over and there were no signs informing the customer that we couldn?t pay there. I asked for assistance in moving the box to Hardware and was refused. I took the box back to Hardware Dept where I paid and asked for assistance taking the box outside and was refused assistance again. The first impression is the lasting one so I will NEVER SHOP AT SEARS AGAIN! Service ends when they get your money! I called the Store Manager up and he never returned my call.
