Utown Resident is very sadly mistaken. Every one of my friends and family that own a pet take their pets to see Dr. Gainey and/or Dr. Baltic, and no one I know has ever had a bad word to say about any of the staff. Every visit I have had with the Dr.'s and Staff at the Uniontown Vet Clinic has been nothing short of enjoyable. My pets love going to the vet, no doubt due to the wonderful treatment they receive every time they are in the clinic. I have never seen the owners show anything but care and affection to not only my pets but even pets in the waiting area. I have never seen the slightest hint of abuse towards any pets. The staff is always polite and courteous to both myself and my pets and makes every effort to ensure that we are comfortable while waiting and well taken care of throughout the visit. As for nickel and diming, it has never happened. I have never received any unnecessary treatment and when something more was needed than what I was there for initially, the doctor explained their reasoning and I was able to find out prices and options before making any decisions. I will continue to take my pets and any future pets I may have to see the entire staff at the Uniontown Veterinary Clinic and I encourage everyone I know to do the same.
