Review content:
New to the area, so I chose a vet that was close to my apartment. If you are use to having the same vet for each visit for all your pets - you probably won't get that here. I have seen 3 different vets for 3 different cats. Not sure why there is such a high turn over rate with vets here. Some of the vets are not very personable toward you or your pet. I really don't like that they have to take your pet out back for any procedure (shots, cleaning their ears), while you go sit and wait in the waiting room. This is the first and only place I have been to that doesn't give vaccinations right there in the room with you. There also seems to be way to much overhead with this place...with the receptionists, vet techs, animal handlers, and the vets...no wonder why I usually end up paying over $100 every time I go there! One of my cats ended up getting chest x-rays on one visit, and they charged me for a radiologist consult. Can't the vets read these? Isn't that something they went to school for? When you finally do get your animal back, you have to wait another 15-20 minutes just for them to bring your chart out so you can pay for the visit. Not a very efficiently run place. I will be changing vets soon.
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Expensive, not a friendly environment
