Review content:
When I moved to the area, I selected Liverpool Animal Health Center because it was nearby to my new house. I found the hospital to be dirty, primarily in the the exam rooms; dirt is caked on the wall near the floor. There has been several veterinarians leave the hospital, I think that turn-over rate says something about a business. I don't like the fact that my animal's doctor has to change as a result. The doctor's are very matter-of-fact, they aren't playful or affectionate to my pets. I don't like that they take my animal to the back room (only for staff) to treat them (i.e. shots) and I have to wait in the waiting room. My pet is stressed enough to be there, then to be separated from me just makes her even more stressed. Additionally, I find myself waiting around there for 1 hr - 1.5 hrs every time I go. I almost always leave paying $100-$200 for the visit (over $20 just to get nails clipped is ridiculous!).
Pros: Convenient (good location)
Cons: Dirty, overpriced, uncaring
