I quite enjoyed my shopping experience at La Mode Shoes. It really is difficult to find narrow widths to try on in person and La Mode had AA and AAA sizes in stock for me to try. I didn't realize I came in right before closing time and the owner stayed late to assist me and was very knowledge about fitting my feet properly. She even offered to ship styles to me at the beginning of each season. My only complaint would be most of the styles are somewhat basic and geared toward a slightly older clientele. But I was still able to find a couple of styles that suited and fit perfectly. I will definitely return next time I am in Lafayette. And in reponse to the reviewer below, the windows clearly state only employees are allowed in the window displays.
