Review content:
Everytime I have my car serviced, this is the rental agency Fletcher Jones uses for their clients. There is no other choice, and Fletcher Jones have no loaner cars of their own. While the service at Fletcher Jones is superb, the Enterprise staff has been inconsistent. I have encountered a very helpful manager, a young & eager 20-something man, a 30-something man who is snobbier than his customers, another 30-something man who acts like the customers are bothering him (he taps his fingers for effect), etc.
