I'm so mad right now I'm shaking... I called Shield Cleaning a week ago and scheduled two cleaning "techs" for 8 hrs (4 hrs each).. First of all they were late! Mind you my place was not furnished since i was moving furniture in the next day. I had dirty floors, shelves, bathrooms and appliances... should totally be doable in 8 hrs. The female tech decided she had a doctors appointment 2 hrs into the job and left leaving the other tech to pick up the hours. I payed extra for them to bring their supplies and had to step out 3 TIMES because they didn't have paper towels, clorox, or a toilet scrubber. Their mops are cheap and leave such gross residue on the floors. One tech even used the toilet water to clean off the mop.. I mean R U SERIOUS!!! Long story made short the other tech had to leave before his time was up since he had an exam leaving my place filthy. I was on my hands and knees more then half the time helping him. On top of it the supervisor, Lawrence, had the nerve to give me lip when i called to complain about his 1st tech leaving early. He told me he was going to come by at 3:30 to give me another assessment (like that would help) and showed up at 5pm. I had left my place already while keeping their vacuum and supplies ransom (until they lower my rate) since the one tech was dumb enough to agree and leave it since he was is such a rush and since Lawrence was supposed to show up "any minute".. My place is still dirty! Shame on me for getting them sodas and pizza.. seriously the WORST service experience on my life!
