Doesnt even deserve 1 star but I had to select one to write a review. This place has horrible customer service. I went in to the store and ordered flooring. I was told it would take max 10 days for it to be in. After 13 days I hadnt heard from them and called. They said it wasnt there yet so they would call warehouse to find out why then call me back. I waited 5 more days with no response. Finally a total of 18 days my husband called them. They said they had no idea why our floors werent there yet and the guy claimed that there was no way to find out when they would actually arrive and he said all we could do was keep waiting. My husband said it was unexceptable and the salesman actually told my husband that he couldnt just sh** the floors out of his a** then hung up. I emailed customer service and they were apologetic and assigned to a customer relations rep. It has been 2 weeks and I cant even get her on the phone! I have been so nice to everyone and one month later I still do not have my floors and have still not been given a refund either! I am beyond mad at this point! This store is horrible and in my experience the company reps are just as bad. Pay a little more and go to Lowes or Home Depot.
