I never would have ever thought that the BEST service I ever received would have arisen out of the need for a bail bond. One night, at 4am, I needed to bail someone out of jail...I was scared and unsure as I had never found myself in that position before. Scott,who answered the phone at 4am was extremely gracious and reassuring to me. Scott was also very helpful and non-judgmental and informed me of my options with regard to posting bail. He arranged to have his colleague, Mike, meet me at the Newport Jail the minute the jail opened and I was able to have get the person released on bond only a few hours after his arrest. Mike, who met me at the jail was also very courteous and understanding. At no point did I feel I had to be embarrassed or ashamed by the situation at hand. OC Bail Bonds takes a very human approach and understands that people get in trouble at times and they are there to HELP you at your time of need. The best service I have received in a long time was from OC Bail Bonds. The entire team, Bob, Anne, Scott and Mike should be congratulated for the outstanding service they provide. Thank you for turning one of my worst moments into a much more bearable situation. I will always be grateful for your services. FIVE STARS ON EVERY LEVEL
