My gut told me not to buy windows from these sleeze bags, but for some reason I did it anyway. We contracted for the windows in November of 2007. It is July 2008 and are still waiting to get what we contracted. They installed 2 of the 12 windows which were NOT what we paid for. (double pane versus triple pane) We have been very patient with them to make it right, but they are about to go to small claims court. It was also in our contract to get a $100 gas card that they tried to not give us. They did end up giving us a $100 check instead after much debate. We were able to get them down to $6,000 for 12 windows which is still WAY to much for the service you receive. I give them zero stars!
Pros: They do seem to sell good windows that keep heat in during the winter and out during the summer.
Cons: Sales person was rude, they didn't provide what was on the contract, it has taken 8 months to make it right, product is VERY expensive.
