Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about - this "mom and pop" shop had 2 receptionist and there were at least 4 repairmen that I saw. The service went above and beyond what was expected of them! We had received a TV as a gift (a cheap one that was basically a POS) and of course it broke within a month. We took it to them, paid a service fee and within 1 week had the option to fix our POS for a nominal charge or to upgrade to a better line of TV. There was no pressure to upgrade but it didn't make any sense to sink more money into a crappy TV. We upgraded. The new TV was installed the next day and hooked up to all of our old equipment. Works like a dream and haven't regretted going to that shop yet! We love keeping business local, especially a family owned business!
