Same story: MONTHS that go back without the courtesy of a return call, appointments missed without calling, etc. I received an hysterical call from one of their young guys at home last evening about an invoice barely a month old. He was incredible loud, interruptive, profane, accusative and demanding. But the problem with too many uneducated "professionals: is that they cannot see the forest for the trees. In an effort to stroke his own ego he neglected to recognize we have spent well over $10K with his company - but will never spend a penny with them again after his amateurish stunt. The owner, Al, never appears to be involved with anything going on in his own business. (We've heard the stories...) All in all, we could never recommend these folks to anyone. It's like Amateur Hour if you're ever able to even get anyone on the phone. Save your time, money and angst and look elsewhere...
