They have been my property management company for 6 years and most of my experiences have been negative & frustrating. A couple of times they actually answered my questions or helped me. They don't return phone calls;don't return emails; they claim to lose mail. Its' all very unprofessional not to call your customers back or return their emails. Even if you can not assist them- do your job & reply. I send any correspondence certified now- after 2 times when they never received my mail (even though the P.O. didn't return it to me). Maria is especially sorry- doesn't care at all & blames everything on the owners. The accountant is the only nice/helpful person. Even the office managers don't call you back. They get our HOA dues & that's all they care about. Heaven forbid if you actually need them to help you with an issue.
