I live in Northwest Winston Salem and was looking for a Hair Salon near my home. I googled several salons and after reviewing Phyl New Beauty Salon, I decided to call and I am very happy I did. When I called, I had the pleasure of talking to Ellen, made an appointment and arrived on time the following day. I found Ellen and the staff at Phyl New Beauty Salon very professional and friendly. My first visit was very pleasant and satisfying. With the time constraints of my profession, my time is extremely important. Ellen was on time and ready for me, and she was excellent.. I've never had anyone to do a color that did not end up on my neck, ears or temple. Of course, with Ellen, it was not on anything but my hair--great job! My hair is still doing great and I shall return.
