Review content:
Salon is pretty clean and designed well. However, most staff are crabby and have attitudes. I don't think they really get what creating a client-friendly environment means. One exception is Kim. She is great and does a good job. Others are inconsistent and incomplete with the quality of their work and can be condescending. Also, they get really pissy and often won't take you if you don't have an appointment. Lastly, the owner will berate staff if he feels they are not doing something his way. It's a very uncomfortable atmosphere when this happens.
