I started going to Rumm when they first opened after stopping 2 different people and asking them who did their hair. When they BOTH said Rumm, I knew I needed to check this place out. My hair had been previously damaged so I was worried. When I went in, Russell explained exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to fix my hair. My hair has never been healthier and I get compliments on it all the time (which never used to happen). They are not cheap, but so worth it. I would rather pay a little more and have great results than waste my money on bad color!
