Review content:
Called and set up reservation for my son's first birthday on Sunday, August 21. My wife confirmed the appointment on Friday, August 19. Sister in law had a party for her son on Saturday, August 20 and used this same place. When they delivered, they told her they would be back in the morning around 11:00 am after they made a delivery to Central, LA(This was for our party). Sunday comes and they are supposed to be there by 9:00 am. They have no problem showing up to pick up the jumper from my sister in law's but could not find the time to deliver a jumper for our party. They also could not find time to answer my phone calls so I could make other arrangements. Nope, that wasn't important to them at all. Left numerous messages to have someone call me back and never got anything. Finally, my mother called him and left a message(indicating that she was interested in renting something, as this was the only way he would call anyone of us back). He returned the call to my mother and she asked him why he never delivered our jumper. Lies, lies, and more lies from him. Never will do business here again.
