so i have lived in kokomo for 4 years and lived around kokomo my entire life.. we used to order jims all the time not only is the food really good its cheap too! they also serve a wide varitey of food. but we no longer order from jims anymore due to thier poor poor lack of customer service.. it seemed like every time i called up there to make an order whoever was answering the phone sounded very annoyed like they were being interrupted.. we put up with it because the food was good and i used to work at a hotel were i saw Jim all the time he's a nice guy. or so he seemed to be. one night my boyfriend goes to order a stromboli for some reason Jim cant hear my b/f so he decides to start yelling at him for no reason.. my b/f hangs up and i dial them back i would order for him so a woman answers this time and i start the order my b/f interrupts me saying "i dont want anything from them cancel the order" so i apologise to the woman she huffs and puffs and slams the phone down. i've had it you DONT treat customers like crap.. i call back demanding to speak with jim... all snotty she yells for him. Jim tells me that his employees dont have to take sh*t from anyone... wow what a real business man and professional.. i would recommend the food for the price.. oh yea and on fridays we have waited 2 hours for food before.... not joking at all... A NOTE TO JIM.... KEEP THE GOOD FOOD AND PRICES AND GET RID OF CRAPPY EMPLOYEES.. MIGHT WANNA CHECK THAT ATTITUDE TOO..
