I also had dealing with Cycle Specialties that were not pleasant at all. I had taken my 2005 Z400 four wheeler to be looked at for a knocking sound. I thought it was the valves that needed to be adjusted. They told me the valves were in spec and it was spark knock (detonation) that was making the noise. The fuel was brand new 93 BP fuel. They never took the valve cover off to check them, there was still dirt all over the bolt heads. I asked them to clean the carb which they said they did. They did not! There was so much dirt and sediment in the fuel bowl there was no way anyone had cleaned it an years! All said and done, they basically STOLE $250 from me! They took my money and did not do one thing I paid for!! Bottom line is they are a complete and total RIP OFF!! Do not buy anything from them, do not take anything there to be serviced! I have notified the BBB and so have quite a few other people that have been ripped off by them. I hope soon their back room drug dealing scam artist business get shut down!!
