just had a very strange experience. they were prompt in repairing my spa, but charged my credit card a very high amount for doing so without warning me or disclosing specifics. i only became of the charge by looking at my credit card bill. no invoice was received. they took my credit card number as a condition of coming to service my spa. when i called this morning to request an invoice, i was treated like it was unheard of to ask for this. they said they'd put something in the mail, but had never asked for my mailing address. i asked if they would fax an invoice and after taking the fax number they hung up on me.
