I booked my appointment 2 weeks ago for today and when I showed up to my appointment @ 2pm as schedualed I got this look from the receptionist of confusion. Apparently, whoever I talked to 2 weeks prior did not write down my appointment and now I have to return in 2 days because they had nothing available. On top of that the manager comes in the verify my name was not schedualed and just looked at me with this dumbfounded unsympathetic face and told me that it was impossible to for me to even make an appointment @ 2pm because they only took appointments on the half hour. Well it is apparent that whoever answer the phone has created this unnecessary issue and I will use my gift certificate and never return to such a ghetto and disorganized facility. Their AC wasn't even working properly in the waiting room. Just a sad place all togeather.
