Picture it.. carpet cleaning booked three weeks in advance, booked for the Friday before Christmas holiday so your carpet will be clean for your holiday party, a confirmation call the week before, an extra $60 to have the dog kenneled for the day, you take the morning off of work to wait for them arrive. . .and you wait. . .and wait. . and wait. . .NO ONE SHOWS!!!! You call the national number and get someone who cuts you off mid-sentence and transfers you to someone else. You wait for a call back; only to receive a phone call from someone who says, "OH YEAH, there you are on the calendar." No, "I'm sorry." No, "we'll be right there!" No NOTHING. You call the national number to file a complaint and never hear from anyone ever again. If this sounds like the type of people you want to leave alone in your home with your personal belongings then, by all means, call now!

Cons: The don't show up. You waste your time and money. Bad customer service.
